Hi
I am glad I researched first as I am careful though do not want to be a sceptic, just like to be 100% sure of something.
I think when times are hard as they are for so many people it is easy to get swayed in to a scam.
So glad I read your article, Thank you
Debbie.
@debbie:
Glad I could help! I started off the same way. I, too, liked the idea of creating income through the Internet, but I did some research, and found this to be a scam. The sad thing is this scam works worldwide, mostly in English speaking countries. Besides the United States I received comments from the UK and Australia.
I was looking for home work for my wife – trying to be careful to avoid scams. I also came accross ‘news daily 7″
On the latter half of the page are a load of references to ‘how wonderful the site/system is’
I noted most of the dates seemed too close together, so I tried a test. I changed my Pc’s system date to one week in advance (21/07/10). Guess what happened when I re-visited the site (through your link)?? All the references stayed the same, except thier dates had changed and were reading 6-7 days ahead.
So I guess this too is a SCAM
I clicked on their ad by accident and kept reading because it was so obviously a scam site.
1 You can’t leave a comment,
2 The header isn’t clickable (to take you to a home page),
3 Their english is lousy, considering they’re faking a uk site,
4 The amounts mentioned are fantastic (from the word fantasy) and
5 At the top it says “advertorial” (at least on the page I saw, I’ve heard there is more than one they have).
But I can understand how people in dire straits can get caught up in the hope of a magic solution.
They’re a pretty low bunch, basically.
Apparently they also run the “acaia berry” scam too (told by a reporter from “news 6″)
Personally, I’m going to be clicking on any and all of their ads that I see because I’m just so damn interested (read angry).
is this for real??? will Kelly Richards please contact me. Is she a real person?
This is a recruiting site for Online Business Systems a.k.a Herbalife.
Just google Herbalife scams and you will learn it all.
This is a recruiting site Business Online Systems a.k.a Herbalife.
When you pay the 9.95 it goes straight to the herbalife distributors personal merchant account. You are then mailed out the info pack from the factory. Not long after paying for the pack you will get a call from that distributor who is now your personal mentor/coach/teacher, who will do or say anything to get you to join.
You can only get the mailing instructions for returning the pack from this person. The mailing address is NOT the distributors personal address it is the factories. Make sure you include the cover sheet so the factory will know who it is from and can then notify the distributor. If the package is not received by them within the 14 days the distributor who charged you the 9.95 will then charge you the 39.95. This is the address I got for returning the pack.
Merellle Worldwide
804 Port America Suite 400
Grapevine TX 76051.
Make sure you notify the person who calls you that you sent it back and make sure you get a tracking number.
If you have only just paid the 9.95 immediately contact your bank and stop them from accepting any more charges from that person. Keep in mind, the person actually charging you is NOT herbalife. It is a herbalife distributor…you know…like Avon and Amway. This also means they will always have your card details on file. Lets hope they don’t get desperate once their little online business starts to fail and decide to use your funds to help themselves out. I would also cancel your card and get a new one.
Also look up Herbalife scams on Google. You will find out just how dirty this companies dealing are.
Here is a link to one of them. Make sure you read the last email on the last page.

I am glad I found out about a scam ahead of time for a change. someone posted this on my facebook page. News Daily 7. Kelly Richards stay at home mom in phoenix. now I found she is in UK also. REALLY!! People should be very afraid “Karma: will get them in the end!
This was linked to one of my Facebook contact’s Facebook page and I fell for this scam. Just cancelled my credit card used to pay the $9.95. I hope people see this before falling for it.
those news logos don’t look real on that site, there web-site’s design looks amateurish, Fake.
Thanks for the info–I almost got caught out by this homeworking scam on the scam paper ‘daily news 7′, but just persuaded myself to check it out one more time first. Thanks again
@Tigs:
I am glad I could help. These scammers are very skilled. I myself almost fell for them, and that is the reason why I posted as much as I could about them.
- Wilfried
thanks for the information, I almost lost my money…Im in cali colombia thanks a lot. bye!
hi
i have just setup the basic web site with this company paying online it cost only a couple of uk ponds and it set up a website page with password and everything for me???
Now they have my bank details does anyone know if they can access it as and when they like?
I am very worried now.
@Ian b:
Ian, if they have your bank account info, talk to your bank IMMEDIATELY and tell them that this is a fraud! If you gave them your credit card information, CANCEL your card IMMEDIATELY! Sorry, but there is no other solution. These guys are ruthless and relentless!
- Wilfried F. Voss
Hey cheers for all these comments, I looked but immediately thoughtafter reading this, scam! I can’t believe they haven’t been stopped yet!
hi
I set up the site as well for just over a pound able to go on the site for that day with password and everthing the next day it was gone feeling a little red faced for being coned I normally can see through these things but I cancelled my card as have been said its the only thing to do, let your credit card people and bank know asap. I am intrested in working from home though with genuineing site do anyone know for any ?
Thank you so much for posting this! They make it look so real! I just called them and it led me to believe they were a scam!! Im glad there are lots of us out there researching these scams!!
Thank God! i research and get to read this! im jobless these days n desprate they almost got me. thank you guys
Thanks for the info! I almost gave my money to these basterds… The first thing that made me think that this is a scam was that when I tried to exit the website of News Daily there was a pop up warning me that I would miss my chance if I don’t act now. Then if you read the fine print on the bottom of the page of the scamers you see that after 3 days of your initial purchase that would cost you 3 dollars they would bill you an adittional 100… This procedure will continue with another $60 each month untill you unsubscribe. Read carefully and always do your research first!
Another thing! There is no way you can leave a comment or you need to send it to the website of News Daily first. If you try to register or log in, even thou the buttons are there, you cannot click on them, it is obvious that the website is not legitimet.
It has happened the same i Italy, i did some reaserches because i was suspicious and i found this link.. thank god, and thank you,
s**t happens, be careful!
I have just been sent this link by a friend in Spain, my initial thought was, well it’s been sent by a friend, it must be safe/ legit!
It was an advertisment in the Liverpool Business Report… so i googled. Guess what, couldn’t find such a website. Then i googled News daily 7 and this site came up. Most appreciated, thanks guys!
Good luck to those of you who have fallen for the scam, my advise to you like others is contact your bank immediately!
Ive just seen this website, if you scroll down to the bottom of the webpage to where all the ‘smallprint’ is makes for quite interesting reading.
‘This website, and any page on the website, is based loosely off a true story, but has been modified in multiple ways including, but not limited to: the story, the photos, and the comments.’
This is c+p straight from the website, and is my favourite sentence from that ‘disclaimer’
I hope anybody that has undertaken this ‘get rich quick scheme’ doesnt get stung!!
Hi,
I am in the UK , London, thank you Wilfried, I nearly fell for this one but checked it out , I saw they get your card details and then you are billed monthly , I have been caught by something like this before. A good place to check out anything to do with working online is The Warrior Forum it is great as all the folks on there will not let anyone be scammed and you get help to set up something bone fide.

Thanks for the great info. I am happy that I did a research about Daily News 7. Kelly Richard scammers are affecting so many people lives. The interesting thing that I discovered about them was this: within two days I kept checking their website. the phone numbers on the web to contact them for cancellation purpose are totally different. anytime I checked, they had different phone numbers. this made me suspicious and I was totally right. they are ruthless scammers!
I came a cross News 7 Daily & Kelly Richards last Sunday the 26/12/10 & offering a scam that involved Google. I just wanted a look see & I filled in some details. Then it came to the payment. I stopped. The grammar was getting to me & also the people as clients saying the cost. If it sounds to good to be true than it is. Well Kelly Richards was a single mother in Brisbane, Australia. The next day I did the search on news 7 daily & up came in the search Kelly Richards living at a 1 horse town 33KM’s south of Goulburn, NSW, Australia. Since putting some of my details down I have received an email from United Online Business.com. I will be investigating more about this lot.So Kelly Richards has changed to Lisa Munsonn of Syosset,New York, USA. Just a few changes of the site but mostly all the same as Sunday. These people feed off the powerless! I hope I have helped someone who is being thinking about this lot.
WOW… nearly fell for it!
thanks ppls
PS Lisa Munsonn is now from Perth, Western Australia
I was starting to believe in it too,
only when i tried clicking on other tabs at the fake site “news daily 7″ and it would link to the scam site i said :
“son of a bitch” i knew it….. lol
Don´t fall for these craps always investigate and research about it.
Thank you. I googled news daily 7 for scam checks and saw your site. Once again thanks for helping me save my hard earned money.
Anyone who still fools for this scam is quite frankly a moron or new to the internet. Unfortunately there are still a lot of people who are new to the internet, and unfortunately, there always will be.

Thanks for these useful information..It really helps to back people on the real road…
I was surfing from my phone on web page “hotfrog” when i find some interesting so called useful articles for mums in News Daily 7. First I reed article for non paying tooth whitening past haw these Kelly find it and she explain haw easy and free we can have it,and after that i open article for working from home income, and there was these same Kally and exactly same picture from her,but i was so interested for learning moor that i continue going further and further then i decide to read the terms of sale… there was: The geographic location of your computer has been determined and recorded.all attempt’s at fraud will be prosecuted. these all sow was suspicious. Then i try to open the same page on my computer and there is\t any page and information was lost…i try and try but i cant find it on a comp. but its sets open on my phone……
I just want to know is really really exist “working from home” and haw to find that kinds of secure page and income?

Thank you
Also just emailed them asking for contact details….and the postmaster cannot deliver…So then begs the question, if you’re not satisfied how do you then get your money back if there are no contact details….
Thank God I read your information. The sky is so wild and there’s always place for a ruthless SCAMM!!
hey thanks for sharing your info.
I was also about to become the victim of the scam as the google’s top ten results are in favor of the program when googled
hello, i want to report that radia labs is a hoax, we ordered the stuff, and although the radia labs went through on our credit card, we never got a confirmation email ,and we tried calling them, the number is out of order. we got our hydroxytone no problems, so this one is ok. when we caled hydroxytone on teh phone, they said that 50 people that day alone had called wtih the same complaint. dont get the radia labs, just get the hydroxytone. note, if you dont send it back before the month is up, you will get charged $150 for the two bottles they send you, so its not a free trial, its just a trial, or return for free if you return it before your time is up.
the hoax is the radia labs, not the hydroxytone. so i gave $4 for shipping processing for a free product that i never received, furthermore, who did i give my credit card too?
Wow. This came in handy.
Thanks.
Glad I read this. I was just updating my PayPal account when my system restarted automatically, then I remembered I should verify before committing myself. I have always been looking for some financial liberty and like to work things around my schedule.
Someone rightly noted that u cant leave comments on the website. Also, the ad images arent same when u visit more than once!
Its really a shame for people that have honest intentions to work from home…and get scammed in the process!
Thanks a lot. It is a big lesson for me.
-Kenny.
Omigosh…thanks for the heads up. Seen the ad on facebook for ‘my income connection’ run by daily 7. Seemed too good to be true. I tried clicking on the home and other links on the website, and each time it took me back to the same sign up page. And Kelly Richards…pffft…she’s a single mum making a fortune on ‘my income connection’ from Wellington NZ! Whatever!
I found an AD on my local Ch.4 news website that took me to the link above. I decided to take a look on Google just to make sure. I came across these and I am so glad that I am not there sucker today. lol
I’m in London and this thing seems to have gone far and wide all over the world – these people must be coining it with their con! s’true – if something seems to good to be true its usually a crocka. If money is involved (especially people wanting mine for giving me nothing but claims) i always check it out on google – amazingly the majority of them are scams! i looked into secret shopping as well and lo and behold all of them were scams of one sort of another. I feel sorry for those new to the internet as these are the people hurt the most and conned the most. Thank heaven for google and scam busting sites like this one!

To be brutally honest – anyone who falls for this type of scam deserves all they get!
Too may numpties have too easy access to the Web – without even a basic understanding of how it all works!
i thank you a lot for posting this article.

Hello,
I’m looking for a job online now. I’m a malagasy citizen. I just want to ask you if it is possible to participate to your program or I don’t know how can we call it, from my country Madagascar? If it is possible, what should I do?
I’m looking forward your answer.

thank u so much for this information
i was about to be fooled by this scam! thank u very much!
A dónde transfieren tu dinero GANADO?
Hello everybody:
It seems I am one of those distrustful people who wanted to check if the site and the opportunity were real… I did not know why, but since I opened the page, I felt there was something wrong. I have now double checked; some of the headlines are not very clear… it means they kind of copied them or who knows… Whenever you see a page with words just a little blurred, please distrust. Open a new search and type the name of the site to see how it looks… Wish you luck… everybody deserves it.
Mariel
