Like so many others I fell in love with writers like Anne Rice and ended up blending a vampire/ werewolf story with adventure. I love stories that contain long journeys and happy endings. My characters are not your usual werewolf hunters, and its not uncommon in my stories for vampires to befriend a werewolf hunter.

To be born a demon hunter means you have two lives to live and the power to see visions from ordinary forest wolves. At birth each hunter is linked to a special wolf that follows them through life sending them messages, helping them hunt werewolves. Each demon hunter is born with special powers and gifts. each life brings on more gifts and new powers. A second life demon hunter is much more powerful than a first life hunter. In their second life, more powers come to light. Some have the power to control the elements. “Water, Air, fire and wood” while others can disappear and reappear in front of your eyes. Ava has the power to breath fire and uses this to save her own life many times.
“Ava stood her ground and tried one last time to breathe fire. Her mind flooded with pictures of fire as she concentrated all her thoughts on her anger. She could feel her temperature rising as her body collected the heat. She breathed deeply and then with all her strength blew a huge stream of fire. The fire took Jesse off guard and swallowed him whole. He screamed in agony as he fell to the ground covered in flames. His body wiggled as it was lifted into the night sky. Sparks from his body fell to the ground and started the grass on fire. His body rose high in the sky while ashes fell to the ground. His body disappeared under the darkness and left only traces of ashes behind.”

The world is full of mysteries and magic as Ava embarks on a journey to find the ledgendaryLulu pearl. A special pearl which contains the power to communicate with wolves. Ava and her companions must find the pearl and bring it back to the ruma gypsies before the werewolves get thei hands on it and cut the link between hunter and wolf.

“Ava placed the golden chain around her neck and reached down into the box grabbing the small map covered in dust. Her hands trembled as the castle walls came crashing down, breaking the marble pillars, and shattering glass chandeliers.”

The follow up book to this is entitled  ”A Gypsy Tale” A third book is in the making for this series. 

“Most of the trees were a deep red in color and the leaves were large and flat making it harder for the sun to penetrate through them. The forest had an eerie feel to it, mixed with a cold dampness hanging in the air. Something was watching me, I could feel it. Hundreds of eyes started to shine in the darkness as I noticed I was surrounded by small forest animals. All I could make out was the hundreds of small yellow and red eyes glowing in the dark between the tree trunks and lower branches. My horse acted nervous and sensed my fear.”
